Welcome to tk1o. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tk1o ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the tk1o website, mobile web platform, games, sports betting services, and all related services offered at https://tk1o.pro (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the Services. By accessing the tk1o website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of tk1o or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or gambling restriction, you must not register or play.

To access the full range of tk1o Services, you must register for an account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information, create login credentials, and accept these Terms. The following rules apply to all tk1o accounts.

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tk1o platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tk1o will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• All account holders are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process before any withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. tk1o reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
• You must notify tk1o immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Notify us at [email protected] with relevant details and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
• tk1o reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

Account closure at the player's own request may be submitted at any time via the platform's support channel. Upon receiving a valid closure request, tk1o will process any remaining verified balance subject to completion of outstanding wagering requirements and satisfaction of KYC obligations.

tk1o supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfer options. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits set by both tk1o and the relevant payment provider. tk1o does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply charges.
• Deposits are credited to your tk1o account balance in real time upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes of transaction confirmation, players should contact support with the transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet or payment method used to make the original deposit. tk1o does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• tk1o reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests being handled at the time.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date. tk1o accepts no liability for failed or delayed transactions resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the player.

tk1o offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the bonus terms for that promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Players must ensure any existing bonus has been used or its wagering requirements met before claiming a new promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion with other players, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds and may result in account closure.
• tk1o reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and is in progress, tk1o will honour the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid for specified games only and expire within the time period stated in the promotion. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal.

tk1o may from time to time offer seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and major ICC cricket tournaments. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the platform at the time the promotion is live.

tk1o is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools and resources to manage their gambling activity. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all players seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits and session time limits directly within their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when set and may be reduced at any time. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who feels they need a break from gambling. Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion via the support channel. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk1o platform. tk1o reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any funds held in such accounts pending investigation.

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or at any other point of interaction with the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or platform systems.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal or unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players to fix match or game outcomes, sharing account access with other individuals, or participating in any form of coordinated manipulation of the platform.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a pseudonym, or a third party's identity, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason.

All content available on the tk1o platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the intellectual property of tk1o or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of tk1o.

The tk1o brand name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of tk1o. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the tk1o name, logo or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of tk1o trademarks may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1o's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services shall be limited to the amount you deposited into your tk1o account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tk1o shall not be liable for the following categories of loss.

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, even if tk1o has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical faults, delays in processing, or errors in game software that are beyond tk1o's reasonable control, including those caused by third-party providers, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, your use of the platform in breach of these Terms, or your reliance on any information provided on the platform that you have not independently verified.

tk1o reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tk1o will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players, which may be delivered via platform notification, email, or a prominent notice on the website. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the tk1o platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the tk1o platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, tk1o encourages players to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. tk1o aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.
